From time to time, a citizen would like to request the Council address an issue.  Somtimes just attending a meeting and speaking during Public Items is all that is required.  But other times an item is more complex and may require a more indepth review.  In the latter case it is recommended that a Council Action Form be completed and fowarded to the Town Clerk at davisc@hermon.net.  Council Action Form
