The Coldbrook Business Park opened in 2000 and is already home to four businesses. The location is adjacent to 1-95 and is very active as a trucking and distribution center for the entire region. Hermon's third business park, Pinewood Park, received approval in 2002 and is located on Route 2 adjacent to Freedom Park.
