Posting Meeting Notices and Public Notices

Meeting Notices Town Council meeting notices are posted at the: * Municipal Building (front office and Council Chambers) * Hermon Family Restaurant * C & K Variety * Camden National Bank * FirstClass News and * hermon.net The exception might be special meetings that are called with minimal advance notice and then the postings will likely be posted at the Town Office, FirsClass News and hermon.net.

Public Hearings All Public Hearings are publicized in the Bangor Daily News and the Public Hearing Notices are posted in the two locations at the Town Office.

Election Locations, Sample Ballots, etc Typically the date, times and place of all elections, as well as sample ballots, will be posted in the same six places as regular Council Meetings.

Bangor Daily News and Hermon Connection Whenever possible we attempt to place notices in the Hermon Connection. The Bangor Daily News reporter will frequently mention upcoming events in her Hermon articles. However, she is not able to attend all Council meetings and therefore she many not know in advance of all meetings scheduled.
