The Public Works Department is responsible for the transfer station, road maintenance, plowing and sanding of minor roads, major roads are contracted out for winter plowing and sanding, culvert maintenance.

First time culvert installation is the responsibility of the property owner and a permit must be issued prior to installation.If you live on one of the following roads you need to contact MDOT for application and permit:
