Additional Information


There is a minimum of 10 students per class for class to take place.  You will be notified if enrollment is not met.  All classes (with the exception of zumba) will be held at Hermon High School.

Cake Decorating Class

In this class you will be learning everything you need to know to begin decorating cakes: decorating to buttercream borders, flowers and embellishments, royal icing flowers / decorations, gumpaste flowers and fondant work, wedding cake construction...Students will supply some of their own equipment and materials.
