The National Honor Society (NHS) is a prestigious organization that empowers students to become leaders in their schools and communities while preparing for future academic and career success. Established in 1946 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), the National Honor Society recognizes students in high academic standing who demonstrate excellence in Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character.
